How do I use it?
Fill with water. Use while seated on the toilet. Gently squeeze to rinse, then pat dry. The angled nozzle makes it easy, so there's no awkward positioning. Empty after use and let it dry.
Can I take it out with me?
Absolutely! It's lightweight and fits in your bag. Just fill it up when you're ready to use it.
Looué is not designed to be stored upside down filled with water. To avoid leaks, always carry it empty. We provided a water-resistant travel pouch to keep it separate from everything else in your bag.
At home, hang it in your bathroom using the wall hook we provided.
When will I get my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email. UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

Is this only for periods?
Periods are where Looué makes the biggest difference, but it doesn’t stop there.
Many people also use it after the loo, gym, sex, postpartum care, or any time they want to feel clean without taking a full shower.
How do I clean it?
Rinse with water after each use and let air-dry. The bottle is designed so water flows through easily and doesn't get trapped. Wash weekly with mild soap and warm water. Clean the nozzle thoroughly and dry before storing.
What is it not for?
Looué is for external use only. Do not use internally or with hot water. Children should use it only with adult supervision.
