We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping costs

All orders include free UK shipping.

Shipping costs are built into the product price, no surprises at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.  During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always keep you informed if there’s a delay.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
